Arbour Guest House is set in a large Victorian house less than a 20-minute walk from Oban Ferry Terminal and Oban Train Station. The guest house is very close to Oban Town Centre, with the Atlantis Leisure Centre, Corran Halls, tennis courts, McCaigs Tower, the Cathedral, and the local Cinema all within easy walking distance. Buses, trains, and ferries are also conveniently accessible from the property.

The bright and airy bedrooms are individually decorated and retain original Victorian features. Each room has a TV and tea/coffee facilities, and some rooms have en suite bathrooms while others offer shared bathroom access.
